Hi! I'm Kenny Nicholas, Owner of A-OK Home Inspections.  I am a lifelong resident of the Huntington area.  I graduated from Vinson High School in 1988 and attended Marshall University for a while.  I have been married to the former Stephanie Burdette of Barboursville for the past 14 years.  We met at Camden Park when we were just 17 years old and after dating for 8 years we decided to tie the knot in August of 1995.  In February of 1998 we were blessed by the arrival of our wonderful son Spencer.

     I have spent the last 15 years working with adults and children with Autism.  I have had a longtime love for home building, home improvement and furniture making.  I finally realized that it was time that I made my passions work for me and decided to become a home inspector.  I attended the American Home Inspectors Training Institute and passed the National Home Inspectors Exam.  I am currently an affiliate member of the Huntington Board of Realtors and can perform inspections in West Virginia and Ohio.
